DATA USE · CANDIDATE NOTICE
How opportunity-form data is intended to be used.
DRAFT — CNPD / controller / DPO completion required before public activation.
This candidate notice documents the bounded opportunity-intake design while public submission remains disabled. It is not yet the final public privacy notice.
Version · OPP-PRIVACY-v1
Controller
Controller identity, physical address, data-rights contact and DPO contact remain to be certified before activation.
Purpose
Receive, assess, route and respond to the partnership, investor, build-with-us or general enquiry initiated by you. The enquiry is not reused for direct marketing without a separate lawful opt-in.
Data
Required: full name, professional email and message. Optional: organization, role/function and country/market. Limited routing context such as intent, language and source path is also recorded.
Legal basis
Candidate basis: explicit consent captured with the notice version and a server-side timestamp. Final regulatory wording remains subject to the required CNPD formalities.
Recipients and processors
Access is limited to authorized NSB recipients and the technical processors needed for the service. Candidate processors are Vercel, Neon and Resend. International-transfer conditions remain a pre-activation HOLD.
Retention
Candidate ceiling: 180 days for the original enquiry. Expired leads are designed to be deleted in bounded batches; associated notification-outbox rows are removed by database cascade. A distinct active relationship must be governed as a separate processing activity.
Your rights
The operating design supports information, access, correction, deletion, objection and portability where applicable. The final data-rights contact will be published before activation.
Sensitive information
Do not submit confidential, regulated or sensitive personal information. If unnecessary sensitive information is received accidentally, access should be restricted and the data deleted or redacted under the approved incident/triage procedure.
International transfers
The candidate architecture can involve processing outside the Republic of Congo, including the United States. The applicable CNPD transfer mechanism must be completed before public collection.
